Site Leasing Specials
Some of our homes participate in Stafford's Affordable Housing Program and are eligible for their 10% matching down payment program.
To purchase these homes you must complete your Preliminary income application online at affordablehomesnewjersey .com And join the Stafford list. Qualified applicants will be notified when a home comes up for resale that matches your household size and income.
We also have homes without income restrictions. If any are for sale, we will list them on mhvillage.
Special Financing Available
Good credit a must! Homes can be purchased outright with cash, or buyer can obtain a manufactured home loan or private loan. Financing available to qualified buyers with good credit with terms up to 20 years. Homes selling for over $100,000 require a 15-20% down payment.
Applicants who participate in Stafford Township Affordable Housing Program may be eligible for Stafford Township's Down Payment Assistance Program. The program matches up to 10% of the purchase price.
